Dear Riverbend Pet Owners,

At 6AM we saw several homeless people sleeping in front of Riverbend.  

At 8AM we saw 2 more homeless people sleeping in front of the laundry room window. 

The quality of life at Riverbend is in rapid decline because we have a Board of Directors who prioritized attacking dogs over the safety and well-being of every shareholder.

From attempting to poison our fur babies to screaming about “pet policies” in meetings, many of us are left wondering:

Why is the board seemingly more preoccupied with harassing pet owners than with safeguarding us from the challenges posed by addicts and vagrants?

Everyone with eyes and a nose can see what the real problem at Riverbend is. This Board has cut staff and amenities so much that we are now stepping over people just to get in the building! Dogs are not the problem, lack of security and maintenance is!

We deserve better. It is time for exercise our collective power to make the necessary changes to keep each other safe and that begins with making changes at the top!!!
